Mitel.co.za is intended to provide registered Mitel partners with access to important region specific information. It is not intended to supersede Mitel’s international web site (www.mitel.com) or Mitel on Line (MOL) in any way. Product and Technical information should still be sourced from the international sites as normal.
Mitel.co.za should be used as a region specific discussion forum and source of information. Only registered users will have access to the site. Self registration is via the registration button on the home page.
Mitel.co.za Knowledge Base can be used to post technical queries which will be answered by the Mitel technical team. You will be notified via email once a response to you query has been posted. The response will be added to the Knowledge Base accessible to all registered users
Mitel.co.za Training Forum will be used to publish our local training schedule. Bookings for official Mitel training courses will be done via MoL’s training facility.
In addition to official product training, Mitel intends to run a series of technical workshops on real world issues accredited engineers come across in the field. The Mitel.co.za Training Forum will be used as a vehicle for engineers to post their subject matter requirements which will be factored into our schedule planning.
